Geiger tube are the most known radioactivity sensors: they just count up the particles without signalling whether it's alfa, beta or gamma kind. Geiger tube is in fact sensitive to all. Tubes require a DC power supply of 300-600V times a few microAmpere of current.

Theremino Geiger Adapter simplifies system design, by directly powering the tube, and - at the same time - reading the amount of radiation present. This board includes a voltage elevator from theremino field bus (5V DC) to the Voltage required by the tube. Just connect this board one side to the geiger tube, and the other side to a Theremino digital input, and you're done.
