Shipments and returns

Shipment will generally take place within 24/48 hours from order if goods are on stock. We hold no responsability for shipment delays.

International Express Courier

Shipments to Europe will be handled by International Express Courier. Fees depend on destination country and weight. Prices are in euro, vat included.

Zone 1: Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Portugal, United Kingdom, Spain

Zone 2: Austria, Finland, Ireland, Holland, Slovenia, Sweden

Zone 3: Greece, Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia

Zone 4: Bulgaria, Cyprus, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Romania

Priority mail

Priority mail is a Poste Italiane service available to Italy only for shipments up to 2kg or 5cm thickness. It's not traceable, and we hold no responsability in case of lost shipments.

National Express Courier

Beyond 2kg - or at customer options also below 2kg - national courier service will be used for shipments to Italy. Weight-based fees apply, as per following table.

Returns

We can only accept returns of unopened kits and products, within 14 days of receipt. Return shipment is the responsibility of the customer. All returns are credited as store credit upon receipt. RMAs are required for returns, contact us before returning any package!
